That LEMON WATER tho

This time I want to share about my everyday buddy to maintain my healthy skin the LEMON WATER.

I have a big trouble drinking water. Na pakatamad ko po uminom ng tubig just a sip okay na hindi ako nasanay uminom ng tubig ng maramihan or makaubos ng isang normal glass of water everyday. I always end up throwing it or just ignore mas pinipili ko pa ang soda. artificial juices. coffee. and any other drinks that can be enjoyable. I'm aware that I'm not getting the amount of water that my body needs everyday. So what! Until,  I end up, easily exhausted, having not too fresh skin, do not bowel normally or just experiencing high acidity due to Soda and coffee which sometimes gives me a blow or gain weight or worst having UTI. Our Body needs lots of water, I mean water alone --no artificial substances needed to wash away the toxins on our body by peeing it or having a bowel. 

So I decided to ease this battle of Lazy Drinking water syndrome but How...

One day, my Mom bought two lemon or so called lime and she told me I can mix it with my drinking water so that It may taste good. Noong una, Ayaw ko kasi nga baka maasim ganyan. But my brother slices them into and put it on a pitcher and left on our ref until it chilled. So there you go, I get a glass and have it. 

It is good, it feels like I'm Drinking a powder juice drink or something special  drink, but in reality it is just water with lemon onto it. No need to buy a pack of Nestea or Tang which are sugary bad. Since then, I make it a habit to drink lemon water not just every morning before I took my Breakfast but also take one to two glasses of it before going to bed. It is also my real 'Inumin' right after a meal or when I just want to drink water alone. Matipid naman sya kasi a lemon can last four to five days na nakababad sa pitcher just add water lang everytime na kukuha ka. 

Yung ibang nabasa ko about lemon water, they also make it as juice alone. They squeezed and drink it up first in the morning 30 mins before breakfast to balanced acidity in the body or to help them loss weight. Medyo maasim lang talaga sya kaya I suggest ibabad na lang sya over night sa isang pitcher the flavor is still there and you can always enjoy it.

Since then, I bowel regularly... Yeah, meaning to say water alone and the nutrients from lemon helps me to throw away those toxins. They make my popo very easy to let go. haha Why, simply because they contain FIBER more than we can get from apples and grapes. YAY! One thing I experience during my Lazy days of drinking water is that, bloated of my stomach even I ate a little, blow all of my consumed food for the day. I honestly, Do not know what to do with my alarming high acidity and slow digestion intact on my stomach but when I started this lemon water drinking habit it helps my stomach to digest easily and remove toxins. I never experience that all over again. 

Haha. IDK but since I'm a food lover as per LIFE HACK it can also fight for hunger cravings. Which is half meant true to me. One of the good thing about this Lemon water that I proved is that I makes your breath fresh even your morning breath. Woah! If you want just try lemon water and siguro mapapacomment kayo dito kung totoo nga. It has something to do with our teeth and gums daw kasi. 

I'm a coffee addict, shet! and that's one thing I turns out when I start replacing coffee as my first to drink every morning. I helps you cut out caffeine. I still drink coffee but not that much lemon water instead. Yung, moment na ginagawa mo ng tubig ang Kape masama yun it increased your acidity lalo pag walang laman ang sikmura mo. 

And then It helps your skin to look fresh and moisturized. If you want to reduce pimples that easy every month, or tired of having a dry skin nor dull skin just simply make it your habit to drink lemon water often. I still drink Soda, Coffee, Wine, Beer but not that much. I now prioritized my health. I used to removed powdered juices and bottles of juices from my list because they're nothing Good for our body they are just additional sugars and toxins. I suggest if you drunk up those make it sure to replace it with water or lemon water so that you may can waste them away from your body immediately.  If you take junkfood, salty food or any other not soo friendly food follow it with water alone or by adding flavor to it just like lemon water is a good choice. 

I remember what my chemistry professor told our class that the nearer we are on a fruit or vegetable we can 100% getting its nutrients compare to processed ones that has artificial substances added to it.

I'm now a addicted to lemon water girl and this cheap, simple home habit can help your body much and they'll thank you soo much for that most specially your skin.
